Selection Critria

All restaurants chosen must be local, no chain restaurants allowed.

Scoring

The following is an outline of the scoring system we are using:

Range of scores is from 0 to 100 with a 3 point bonus per establishment if John receives a lemon in his tea.

Scoring is as follows:

• Burger score from 1 to 10.  Multiply by 7 for a total of 70 points.
• Side Item score from 1 to 10.  Total of 10 points
• Overall Value score from 1 to 10.  Total of 10 points.
• Service/Dining Experience score from 1 to 10.  Total of 10 points.
• Bonus:  3 Point bonus awarded by John if tea is served with lemon, or if not served with tea, is delivered quickly after requested.

Note:  4/19/2013, scoring formula was adjusted to give greater weight to burger score.
